The 50 Day Diet

DAILY

  • At most 50 grams of carbs each day
  • At least 50 grams of protein each morning
  • Eat an Apple a day
  • Eat 2-3 50 calorie snacks a day – See Examples
  • Drink at least 50 ounces of water before noon each day
  • Drink at least 50 ounces of water after noon each day

EXERCISE

  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 50 pushups each day (regular or on knees)
  • 50 crunches each day
  • 50 kettlebell swings or squats
  • Hold 5 yoga poses for 50 seconds
  • Breath deeply for 50 seconds

ELIMINATE / REDUCE

  • White breads
  • Sugar
  • Alcohol

TIPS

  • Precook for week on Sunday
  • When eating a treat, savor it for fifty seconds
  • Get 8 hours of sleep a night
  • Make a list of 50 motivational quotes and find a few you can use for daily motivation.
